Knotted Dresses and a Vintage Hat

THERE'S NOTHING LIKE A SUNNY, SPRINGY DAY AND THE FUNKIEST VINTAGE HAT TO GET MY JUICES FLOWING :)MY CREATIVE JUICES BEGAN TO FLOW TODAY, AND I WAS INSPIRED...IT ALL STARTED WITH THE VINTAGE HAT, THEN THE DRESSES AND KNOTS, ADD SOME THRIFTED BOOTIES W/O SOCKS (thanks Goodwill !),AND MY ECLECTIC SOUL CAME OUTSIDE TO PLAY.I even had the spunk to put on eye make-up ;)( Honestly most eyes look great

DADDY'S ALL RIGHT..... THEY JUST SEEM A LITTLE WEIRD ....... SURRENDER,  SURRENDER, BUT DON'T GIVE YOURSELF AWA-AAA-Y .............(CHEAP TRICK)WELL I'M BACK, AND I MUST SAY THE PAST TWO WEEKS WERE EXASPERATING.I FELT HELPLESS, BUT MOST OF ALL, I WAS FEARFUL AND ANXIOUS.  BEING THE 'BABY' OF A FAMILY AND BEING COUNTED ON TO FILL SOME PRETTY BIG SHOES WAS NEW TERRITORY.I DO FEEL LIKE I SHOULD HAVE

My Vintage Hat

This may be one of my top 10 favorite Vintage accessories I own. I bought it years ago. I just knew it was beautiful and I had to have it. It wasn't expensive or anything, but was in primo-perfect condition. It's felt with a gold threaded ribbon on it. Maybe the 50's or even 40's ? I hardly ever wore it in fear of ruining it, but the blog-o-sphere and maturity have enlightened me to wearing stuff
